Vauban secures £1.6m in Seed funding led by Pi Labs to expand its investment platform
The investment round will support the company as it prepares to launch a new real estate product.
Vauban provides an investment technology platform that digitises the creation of funds and special purpose vehicles. The company helps managers launch investment vehicles across multiple global jurisdictions.
Vauban has secured £1.6m in Seed funding to support its expansion into new asset classes like real estate. The round was led by Pi Labs, with participation from several other investors including Kima Ventures and Westloop Ventures.
The company provides digital infrastructure for creating funds and special purpose vehicles, having already facilitated over 120 digital funds and managed more than £200m through its platform. The fresh capital will help fuel growth as the business prepares to launch dedicated real estate products and expand into new jurisdictions.
Pi Labs joined the round to back the platform as it addresses the growing demand for alternative asset management tools. Vauban aims to streamline the setup process for fund managers and syndicates operating across international markets.
