Validient has secured a second round of investment from the Development Bank of Wales and Wesley Clover, building on previous funding totalling £140k. The Newport-based legal tech firm will direct the fresh capital toward product development and expanding its sales operations as it pursues broader UK growth.
Established by alumni of the Alacrity Foundation programme, Validient provides automated compliance, due diligence, and onboarding tools designed to replace manual processes in law firms. The company is currently participating in the LawtechUK Programme to support its nationwide expansion.
