Unify secures £6.3m from Y Combinator and other investors to develop its large language model deployment platform.

The funding round was backed by participants including Y Combinator, A Capital, and SignalFire.
Unify provides a single interface to test and deploy large language models across multiple providers. The platform features customizable dynamic routing, public benchmarks, and end-to-end training capabilities.
Unify has secured £6.3m in a seed funding round to tackle fragmentation within the artificial intelligence software stack. The company raised the capital from backers including Y Combinator, Essence, A Capital, SignalFire, J12, M12, Race Capital, and Samsung Next.
The fresh funding will be directed towards expanding the engineering team and furthering the development of the model router technology. Founded by an Imperial College PhD graduate, Unify aims to simplify and accelerate large language model deployment through a unified interface with customizable dynamic routing.
The business has already attracted thousands of engineers from organisations such as Tesla and Meta. Management plans to extend the platform with automated prompt optimisation tools and additional specialised fine-tuned models.
From the founder
"The world is missing out on a lot of AI’s potential because it’s too slow, complex, and expensive to deploy. Unify is going to change that!"
