The funding round was led by Mouro Capital with participation from existing backers and angel investors.
Uncapped provides alternative revenue based financing for growing online brands to fund marketing and inventory expenses. The company offers growth capital for a flat fee without requiring equity or personal guarantees.
Uncapped has secured £20.4m in a debt and equity financing round led by Mouro Capital. The funds will support the company as it pledges to back 500 more businesses over the coming year. Additional participation came from All Iron Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Seedcamp, White Star Capital, and several high profile angel investors.
The capital injection follows strong demand from European entrepreneurs seeking flexible alternatives to traditional bank loans and venture capital. Uncapped provides advances ranging from £10k to £2m linked directly to business revenues, allowing founders to access capital without diluting equity or providing personal guarantees.

"Uncapped was born out of frustrations I faced launching and running my first business. I didn’t want to take financing from the banks because they all wanted personal guarantees. Venture capital wasn’t ideal either as I didn’t want to lose equity, so I repeatedly missed out on growth opportunities.
