Tulipshare secures £8.1m seed investment from Eurazeo and other backers to scale its activist platform
The funding was led by Eurazeo to support team expansion and international growth.
Tulipshare operates an activist investment platform that enables retail investors to pool their voting rights and press major corporations for environmental and social change. The London based fintech startup launched in July 2021.
Activist investment platform Tulipshare has secured £8.1m in seed funding from backers including Eurazeo, Speedinvest, and Frst. The round also drew participation from the co-founders of Zenly and Voodoo.
The fresh capital will support team expansion, with over 20 remote roles planned across engineering, marketing, and compliance. Funds will also aid geographic reach as the company pursues broker-dealer registration in the United States.
The financing follows Tulipshare's launch in July 2021, marking an early milestone for the platform which aggregates retail shareholder rights to press major firms on ESG matters.
