Beech Tree Private Equity has backed Transparity Solutions in a seed round to accelerate organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Transparity Solutions is a UK-based Microsoft cloud partner providing services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Teams. The firm delivers digital transformation support and technical expertise to corporate and enterprise clients.
Transparity Solutions has secured seed investment from Beech Tree Private Equity to accelerate its growth plans and expand its technical portfolio. The funding follows a period of strong organic growth for the firm, which currently employs 60 people and targets significant expansion over the coming years. Beech Tree's backing will support both continued organic scaling and a targeted acquisition strategy in the Microsoft cloud services sector.
The capital injection will enable Transparity to enhance its existing offerings in security, business applications, and enterprise voice services. The company has also appointed Iain Slater as chief financial officer to support its buy-and-build strategy, while representatives from Beech Tree have joined the board as non-executive directors.
