Transak has secured £16.2m in a Series A financing round led by CE Innovation Capital. The capital injection drew participation from a broad group of backers, including SBI Ven Capital, Sygnum, Animoca Brands, and Index Ventures partner Jan Hammer, among others.
The funds will be directed towards enhancing the company global coverage and furthering product development for its onboarding solutions, particularly targeting web3 games and financial applications. The raise underscores the company resilience amid testing market conditions.
The firm has expanded its product suite beyond its initial on ramp offering to include off ramp services, Transak One, and dedicated fiat to NFT checkout solutions. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the business maintains a focus on regulatory compliance and international expansion.
