Think Cyber Security secures £3m in a late seed round led by Fuel Ventures to expand its behavioural security software.
Fuel Ventures led the late seed round to support the expansion of the company across multiple industry sectors.
Think Cyber Security provides real-time software solutions designed to guide employees toward secure behaviours and mitigate human-factor cyber risks. The company was founded by former BAE Systems security professionals and builds upon behavioural science principles.
London-based cybersecurity firm Think Cyber Security has secured £3m in a late seed funding round led by Fuel Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to expand its market reach and scale the deployment of its real-time behavioural security software.
Founded by veterans of BAE Systems, Think Cyber Security addresses the vulnerability of human error in cyber breaches through its flagship Redflags product. The software delivers contextual nudges at the exact moment of risk, replacing traditional methods like periodic eLearning and phishing simulations.
Fuel Ventures contributed £2.8m from its seed funds to support the growth of the business, following a period of rapid client adoption and revenue growth across various regulated industries.
From the founder
"Experienced CISOs know that phishing simulations have limited effect and that we can all fall for tricks when we are vulnerable; awareness campaigns only work for a short period before people forget the messages; and everyone hates computer-based compliance training! What I like about Redflags® is that messages can be tailored and delivered “in the moment” as someone is about to do something risky."
