Edinburgh-based producer of honey and related products, exploring the health benefits of heather honey.

The Scottish Bee Company has secured funding from Green Angel Syndicate to support its growth and product development. The investment will help the Edinburgh-based honey producer scale its brand and expand its market presence. Green Angel Syndicate completed the round as the sole investor.

Alongside the funding, Tim Sykes is joining the board as Chairman representing the investor. The company is known for producing heather honey, which exhibits health properties comparable to Manuka honey, and supports environmental initiatives through charity partnerships.
