A Bristol-based technology firm managing household bills and utility consolidation for students and tenants. The business operates a subscription model to simplify shared living arrangements.
The Bunch has secured £115k in seed investment from Bristol Private Equity Club as part of a wider £900k fundraising initiative. The Bristol-based student housing technology firm will deploy the capital to widen its service offering, grow its customer base, and expand into the young professional market.
Originally established as Easy Student Living in 2017 by Elliott Herrod-Taylor, the company rebranded to The Bunch last year and relocated to Bristol. It currently supports around 4,000 customers across thirty cities in the United Kingdom with a bill consolidation platform that charges a monthly fee per person.
The fresh funding follows steady commercial progress for the firm, which now employs eleven people. The new capital will also support the launch of additional products, including a tenant property search tool.
