London-based tax preparation platform TaxScouts has secured €1.4m in funding to expand its team and scale operations. The investment was led by Speedinvest, with participation from Finch Capital and Seedcamp, and follows a €340k pre-seed round raised in July.
The company plans to use the capital to double its headcount in the UK while increasing investments in marketing and operational capacity. TaxScouts combines automated digital workflows with qualified accountants to streamline personal tax returns for customers facing the annual self-assessment deadline.
