The pre-seed round was led by Concept Ventures with participation from Pact VC, Notion Capital, and Nodes Ventures.
Symbe provides an artificial intelligence platform that automates the generation of tailored business cases for sales teams. The software helps organisations demonstrate customer value and convert commercial opportunities.
London-based sales automation platform Symbe has secured £1.2m in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Concept Ventures, with participation from Pact VC, Notion Capital, Nodes Ventures, and several angel investors including Fedor Chmile and Richard Hadler.
The capital will be directed towards team expansion, product development, and scaling market reach internationally. Symbe applies artificial intelligence to help commercial teams generate customised digital showrooms and business models that communicate value to prospective buyers.
The founders previously scaled and exited digital healthcare and budgeting platforms before launching the business. The company has already onboarded more than twenty beta customers across multiple sectors.
Investor perspective
"It’s always exciting when we hear about entrepreneurs who have landed on a truly untapped market. That’s what the team at Symbe has done. Every single company in the world is selling something. But very few have explored how AI and machine learning can turbocharge that process, whilst protecting the trust and personalisation that ultimately help teams win. Symbe’s technology will usher in a new frontier when it comes to how companies position their offering and ultimately close deals. We’re very excited to back this talented trio of founders at the beginning of their journey."
