Manchester based contract software developer Summize has secured £1m in a seed follow-on funding round led by NPIF, Maven Equity Finance. The round includes participation from the UK Government Future Fund and tech investor Charles Sharland, building on an initial investment made by Maven in March 2019.

Established in 2018, the company provides lightweight contract lifecycle management tools that allow users to upload multiple documents and instantly extract key clauses. The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the company client base both domestically and internationally, enhancing product features, and refining sales and marketing strategies.
