StirlingX provides advanced drone operations and data intelligence for critical national infrastructure and defence sectors. The company integrates automated drone platforms, resilient communications, and AI-driven analytics to turn sensor data into actionable intelligence.
StirlingX has closed an extended seed round at £8.3m, led by Rokos Capital Management through its RCM Private Markets Fund. Additional participation came from GALLOS Technologies, ONE9, and a group of angel investors.
The capital will support product development, international expansion, and team recruitment across engineering, artificial intelligence, and data science. StirlingX also intends to scale manufacturing and research and development across its Cambridge and Oxford sites.
The raise follows strong operational momentum for the company, which delivers critical infrastructure projects for clients such as National Grid and Murphy.
