Springpod, a digital careers network helping young people navigate pathways to work and higher education, has secured £2.3m in a Series A funding round. The investment was led jointly by Triple Point, Cass Entrepreneurship Fund, and Alliance Fund Managers, with additional participation from existing backers. The capital will support the fifty-strong team in scaling operations and launching the platform across international markets. Founded in 2018, the company has experienced rapid adoption of its virtual work experience programmes, connecting upwards of 150,000 students with major organisations such as the NHS, Vodafone, and Nestlé.
