Spotted Zebra provides a workforce management platform that helps large enterprises identify and resolve skills gaps. The software combines assessment science and human expertise to match individuals with suitable roles.
London based human resources technology company Spotted Zebra has raised £7.7m in a Series A funding round led by Nauta Capital. The round also saw participation from Act VC, alongside returning investors Playfair Capital and Entrepreneur First. The company intends to direct the new capital towards scaling its platform across new markets, increasing headcount, and broadening its product suite.
Founded in 2020, the firm addresses the global skills shortage by offering a platform that matches candidates and existing employees to roles based on verified skills rather than traditional credentials. Its technology aims to reduce reliance on conventional hiring requirements while improving internal mobility and staff retention.
