Sport Buff secures £2.1m seed investment led by Sport Republic to scale its sports engagement platform.

Sport Republic led the seed round for the sports gamification company, with participation from international funds and private investors.
Sport Buff provides interactive gamification overlays for live sports broadcasts and streaming platforms. Its technology delivers polls, quizzes and rewards to increase viewer engagement.
Sport Buff has secured £2.1m in seed funding led by Sport Republic, with participation from Longboard Capital, Calvert Drive, Intrepid Ventures and individual angel investors including Matthew Benham. The capital will support the company as it expands its broadcast partnerships and scales operations internationally.
The business provides interactive graphics and gamification tools that integrate with sports coverage to retain audiences and capture viewer data. Founded in 2019, the firm has previously worked with major sports organisations such as Major League Soccer and FIBA.
