Solidatus secures seed investment from Citi to drive international expansion
Citi has backed metadata management software provider Solidatus in its first major institutional round.
Solidatus provides data lineage and metadata management software designed to help large organisations map and govern their data flows. The company works with major financial institutions, pharmaceutical firms, and government bodies across multiple international markets.
Metadata management software provider Solidatus has secured seed funding from global bank Citi. The capital will be deployed to accelerate product development and support the company's international expansion into the United States and the Asia-Pacific region.
Citi is the first major institutional investor to back Solidatus, while also deploying the platform across its global enterprise infrastructure. The financing supports the firm as it scales its presence beyond financial services into new sectors.
