The round included participation from Kelvin Capital, Old College Capital, and the Scottish Investment Bank.

Edinburgh based antenna technology developer Sofant has closed an undisclosed investment round backed by Newable Private Investing, including the Newable Ventures SEIS and EIS fund.
Additional participation in the round came from Kelvin Capital, Old College Capital, and the Scottish Investment Bank. The capital will support the company as it begins commercialising its radio frequency components and smart antenna products for original equipment manufacturers in the wireless handset and infrastructure sectors.
Sofant focuses on millimeter wave technology to address capacity constraints in modern mobile networks and satellite communications.
