Shojin Property Partners raises £3m in Series A funding to scale international operations.

Shojin Property Partners has secured £3m in a Series A funding round from a global pool of investors, valuing the business at £49m. The capital injection accompanies a separate £5m underwriting facility from a London-based family office. The company intends to direct the proceeds towards expanding its operations team and supporting international expansion efforts. Having recently completed its first international investment outside the UK in Malaysia, the firm has also opened a subsequent tranche to raise another £2m at a valuation of £55m.

Operating in a sector projected for substantial global growth, Shojin aims to democratise access to mid-market property developments that are traditionally reserved for high-net-worth individuals. The platform allows participants from over more than 40 countries to invest fractional amounts starting from £5k. With profitability already established and over £38m raised across 30 previous projects, the business is positioning itself for accelerated international scale.
