Scriptic raises $6.2m from Sony Innovation Fund to expand interactive show production

Scriptic is a London-based entertainment studio that produces interactive mobile shows using generative artificial intelligence alongside human writers.
London-based interactive entertainment studio Scriptic has raised $6.2m in the second close of its seed round, bringing the total raised in the round to $8.7m. The latest financing came from Sony Innovation Fund.
The company will use the capital to expand its content pipeline of interactive mobile shows and roll out its user-generated content strategy by providing AI-powered creator tools to external writers.
Scriptic previously secured an earlier tranche of the seed round led by BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from Tower 26, the Amazon Alexa Fund, and other backers.
