The capital injection coincides with a series of corporate acquisitions, including B3 Labs, Hiliz and MedizinalHanf, aimed at strengthening the company position across international markets. The business intends to open a subsequent fundraising round to maintain its growth trajectory.
Founded by former management consultants, the company operates as a licensed medical cannabis distributor with infrastructure spanning the UK, Germany and Israel. Leadership notes that the latest financing reflects rising demand for regulated distribution channels as the wider European market continues to expand.
