S4labour secures £4m from YFM Equity Partners to expand hospitality software platform
YFM Equity Partners has backed S4labour with a £4m investment to drive product development and market expansion.
S4labour provides a workforce management software platform designed for the hospitality sector. The company serves over 250 clients across the UK with tools for scheduling, payroll, and HR reporting.
S4labour has secured £4m in growth capital from YFM Equity Partners, delivered via the British Smaller Companies VCTs. The funds will be directed towards product development, enhancing payroll and HR capabilities, and strategic hiring in sales and marketing to scale the business into larger hospitality chains.
Established in 2011, S4labour offers a software platform that assists hospitality firms with staff scheduling, payroll processing, and human resources administration. Led by industry veteran Alastair Scott and strengthened by the appointment of Mark Jensen in early 2024, the company aims to capitalise on ongoing digitalisation within the sector.
