ResumeWallet has secured £1.1m in an oversubscribed angel investment round to support its ongoing commercial scaling. The funding follows an 850 per cent increase in annualised revenue compared to the previous year.
The business was established by Richard and Beverly Collins following the exit of their previous venture, ClickIQ, to Indeed in 2019. The proceeds from the raise will aid the company as it seeks to accelerate revenue growth and expand its technological offerings for the recruitment sector.
From the founder
"We have spent 3 years building our technology infrastructure, which has been challenging with all the changes that AI has brought to the talent acquisition industry. Fortunately our early predictions about jobseeker adoption of AI and the resulting surge in applications have turned out to be correct, allowing us to position perfectly to answer the needs of the TA industry by delivering pre-screened qualified applications directly into their existing infrastructure"
