REalyse secures £3m in Series A funding from Anthemis Group and XTX Ventures

REalyse provides real estate data and analytics for institutional property investors, lenders and developers across the UK. The platform integrates hundreds of datasets to help professionals determine property investment and development strategies.
REalyse has secured £3m in a Series A funding round led by Anthemis Group and XTX Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to support its ongoing development in the property technology sector.
Founded in 2016, the London-based firm offers a data analytics platform designed to help residential property professionals assess market conditions and make investment decisions. Its existing client base includes major corporate names such as Legal and General, Cushman and Wakefield, Quintain and Colliers International.
This transaction marks the third investment round for REalyse since its inception. Previous backers include Roundhill Capital and PiLabs, alongside Anthemis Group, which participated in earlier funding.
