The financing round was led by Eos Advisory with participation from Newable Ventures and Scottish Enterprise.

Aberdeen-based RAB-Microfluidics has created a patented lab on a chip technology designed to improve oil lubrication analysis in the maritime sector.
RAB-Microfluidics has secured £1.2m in a seed follow on investment round led by Eos Advisory. The capital injection also drew participation from Newable Ventures, Scottish Enterprise, and existing backers.
Funds from the round will be directed towards team expansion and product development as the firm accelerates its commercial growth. The company provides on site oil testing services to clients across maritime, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
