The financing round attracted new investors including NVentures and Quanta Computer.
Cambridge-based quantum computing company developing hardware and software systems for commercial applications.
Quantinuum has secured $600m in fresh equity at a $10bn pre-money valuation, building on previous funding rounds from early 2024. The latest financing was backed by new participants including NVentures and Quanta Computer alongside established investors such as J.P. Morgan Chase and Honeywell.
The capital injection will support the company as it prepares to launch its next-generation quantum system, Helios, and expands its global research collaborations. Honeywell remains the majority shareholder following the firm's formation through a spin-out and merger in 2021.
The transaction highlights growing commercial confidence in hybrid quantum-classical computing. Leadership notes that the new resources will accelerate development across international markets and strengthen the broader quantum ecosystem.
