Practica Capital led the seed round, marking Qminder's first institutional funding.

£2.5MSeed

Qminder provides a customer service flow management platform designed to streamline in-person service delivery and operations. The company works with enterprise clients across multiple sectors including retail, finance, and transport.

Qminder has secured £2.5m in seed funding in its first institutional raise. The round was led by Practica Capital, with participation from Metaplanet and a syndicate of angel investors including figures from Toggl, Veriff, Pipedrive, Wise, and Twilio.

The capital will be directed towards accelerating platform development and expanding the team. The company has a decade of profitable bootstrapping behind it and counts enterprises such as Hertz, American Express, and Delta among its clients.

Practica Capital used the latest fund to make its debut investment in Estonia through this transaction. Qminder aims to build on its market position in queue management and service intelligence.
