Proxymity raises £23.4m in Series B funding from existing consortium members to expand its market footprint

The investment round was backed by a consortium of major financial institutions including BNY Mellon, Citi, and Computershare.
Proxymity operates a digital investor communications platform that connects issuers, intermediaries, and investors in real time. The company serves clients across more than 25 markets worldwide.
Proxymity has secured £23.4m in Series B funding from its existing backer consortium. The capital will support the company as it expands its product offering and increases its footprint in global markets.
Participation in the round came from major financial institutions including BNY Mellon, Citi, Computershare, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Börse, J.P. Morgan, and State Street. The latest financing follows a period of rapid growth for the platform since its spin-out from Citi in April 2020.
