Jenson Ventures has backed the property technology startup in its latest funding round to accelerate national scaling.
PropServ builds artificial intelligence tools that help property professionals manage maintenance tasks more efficiently across their portfolios.
PropServ has secured seed funding led by Jenson Ventures to expand its maintenance management platform across the UK. The company intends to use the capital to scale its operations and accelerate growth as it addresses administrative burdens in the property sector.
Founded in 2024, the business provides a digital system that replaces manual maintenance processes with automated fault reporting, issue triage, contractor dispatch, and real-time tracking. More than 500 property businesses currently use the live platform.
From the founder
"Property maintenance sits at the heart of every property management operation, yet it remains one of the last areas to be properly modernised. Having Jenson lead our funding round is a real statement of intent. Their track record of backing ambitious founders at the earliest stage, and the support they bring beyond capital, makes them exactly the right partner as we scale."
