PropertyHeads completes seed follow on funding and acquires OurProperty

PropertyHeads operates a property social network that connects consumers, estate agents, and related businesses onto a single digital platform. The company combines property listings, market data, and networking features to assist users with home moving and home improvements.
PropertyHeads has completed its latest fundraising round by selling a 3% stake to a group of private investors, including hedge fund founders. The proceeds will fund a series of major acquisitions and joint ventures, beginning with the purchase of house price data website OurProperty. The round was led by company founder and chief executive Ben Davis.
The capital injection follows strong growth for the social network, which holds data on millions of homes and thousands of registered property businesses. By acquiring OurProperty, the firm adds hundreds of thousands of active users to its network, expanding its reach for both consumers and estate agents.
