Pollinate secures £35.9m Series C funding led by Insight Partners to accelerate global expansion.
The London software business has closed a Series C round backed by Insight Partners and existing shareholders to fund international growth.
Pollinate is a global software business that partners with banks to help them enhance relationships with their business customers. The company provides a cloud-based toolkit that allows banks to offer a unified marketplace for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Pollinate has secured £35.9m in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. The round also drew participation from existing backers including NatWest Group, Mastercard, National Australia Bank, EFM Asset Management, and Motive Partners. The capital will support the company as it scales internationally, with a particular focus on entering the North American market and expanding its white-label marketplace offerings for banks and their corporate clients. This fresh injection of capital underscores confidence in bank-led models supporting smaller merchants.
