Guinness Asset Management backed the Series A round to fund international growth and product development.
Picnic operates a user-first advertising platform designed to deliver brand outcomes while promoting sustainable web browsing. The London-based company helps major brands connect with audiences through curated, low-carbon environments.
London-based advertising technology company Picnic has secured £2m in Series A funding from Guinness Asset Management. The capital will be deployed to support international expansion, grow the team, and accelerate the development of new products.
Having operated profitably and without institutional backing since inception, the business plans to target the US market following this transaction. Guinness Fund Manager Ashley Abrahams has joined the board of directors as part of the agreement, with Mountside Ventures also supporting the process.
