Penny Black secures £1.5m in seed funding from AGFA and ninepointfive to accelerate growth.

AGFA and ninepointfive have backed the ecommerce technology pioneer in its latest funding round.

£1.5MSeed

Penny Black provides marketing technology that transforms standard ecommerce parcels into personalised experiences. The platform connects online stores with fulfilment centres to print tailored inserts on demand.

Penny Black has raised £1.5m in seed funding to support its ongoing expansion. The investment was supplied by AGFA and ninepointfive, building on an earlier backing from the same participants last year. The capital will be directed towards furthering product development as the business scales its footprint across the UK and Europe. The firm provides software that integrates ecommerce stores with warehouse management systems to automate tailored print materials during the unboxing process.
