Patch App is a Lancashire technology business that digitises window cleaning and home maintenance services. The firm employs twelve staff and services thousands of homes through a network of service operatives.

Lancashire tech company Patch App has closed a £300k funding round, bringing its valuation to £4m following a previous £200k raise last year. The capital was provided by 42 northern based individual investors.

The firm plans to use the fresh funds to support its ongoing operations and service expansion, having already serviced 12,000 homes since it began trading six months ago. Leadership highlights the importance of its workforce, which includes armed forces veterans and a growing team of twelve full time staff.

Following its initial focus on window cleaning, the company intends to introduce domestic cleaning and car valeting services next year as part of a wider strategy to build a £30m business.
