London-based workforce platform Passionfruit has secured £7m in a Series A funding round to scale its operations and product offering. The investment was led by Seaya, with additional participation coming from Firstminute Capital, Playfair Capital, Cornerstone, and Portfolio Ventures.
The fresh capital will be deployed to support product development and drive further expansion into the North American market. The company aims to make modern flexible talent more accessible to corporate brands seeking efficient alternatives to traditional agency models.
