Partnerize has secured £38.3m in Series D funding in a round led by Accel-KKR, alongside an expanded debt facility provided by Silicon Valley Bank. The company will direct the capital towards accelerating innovation in its artificial intelligence driven automation platform and supporting regional and international go to market initiatives. GPBullhound served as financial adviser to Partnerize on the transaction, which marks the latest milestone for the partner automation specialist.

The investment arrives as enterprise brands increasingly look to partnerships to drive profitable growth across channels such as influencer marketing and content publishing.
