Panintelligence raises £4.5m Series A funding led by YFM Equity Partners
YFM Equity Partners and Comhar Capital have backed the Leeds analytics software developer to fund international expansion.
Panintelligence develops data visualisation, reporting and analytics software that helps organisations process information and inform strategic decisions. The company serves over 200,000 users worldwide across sectors including financial services, healthcare and education.
Panintelligence has secured £4.5m in a Series A funding round to accelerate sales, marketing and product development. YFM Equity Partners led the investment with a £3.5m injection for a minority stake, accompanied by a £1m contribution from Comhar Capital.
Established in 2014, the Leeds-based software developer produces the Pi suite, which enables firms to generate bespoke reports and monitor trends in real time. The company is led by CEO Zandra Moore, CTO Ken Miller and operations director Charlotte Bailey.
Representatives from the backer organisations, Mike Clarke and Craig Wilkinson, will take seats on the company board. The new capital will be directed towards expanding the firm's footprint in international markets such as the United States.
