Pact has launched a £30m seed fund to support early-stage startups across Europe. The vehicle aims to back companies tackling economic inclusion, personal and professional well-being, and climate solutions, providing seed investments between £1m and £1.5m.

The fund counts Campden Hill Capital as an anchor investor alongside a roster of individual backers from technology and industry. The launch establishes the first venture capital fund in the UK co-founded by three female partners.

The firm plans to deploy capital into purpose-driven enterprises and offer founders access to a global network of operators and advisors to support international growth and market validation.

From the founder

"Our thesis stems from our passion for improving the future. These areas are full of commercial opportunities within global markets we’ve invested in across our careers. We’re launching a dedicated vehicle based on our experiences and understanding of the early-stage founder journey. We want to build long-term pacts with our portfolio and help them change the world."
