Oxa develops industrial mobility automation software that transforms existing commercial vehicles into autonomous fleets for controlled environments such as ports, factories, and airports.

Oxa has secured $103m in the initial tranche of its Series D funding round, drawing backing from the UK National Wealth Fund, NVentures, IP Group, Hostplus, and bp Ventures.

The capital will accelerate research and development for the company's proprietary self-driving software and developer toolkit, expand ongoing deployments with clients such as DHL and bp, and fund international expansion across Europe and the Middle East.
