London-based conversational platform OpenDialog has secured $5m in seed funding to accelerate product development and expand its international footprint. The round closed within four weeks amid strong investor demand.
The company was founded by Terry Walby, Dean Chapman, and Ronald Ashri to address the limitations of conventional chatbots and virtual assistants. Its technology allows organisations to build context-rich, natural dialogue interfaces for customers and internal systems.
Proceeds from the financing will be directed towards product enhancement and scaling operations across the UK and key global markets.
