OpenDialog AI raises $5m in a seed round to expand its conversational platform
The London-based conversational AI provider has secured an initial seed investment to fund international expansion and product development.
OpenDialog AI provides a conversational artificial intelligence platform designed to build and deploy smarter human-to-machine interactions. The enterprise SaaS product features a no-code designer intended to create engaging customer experiences across multiple channels.
London-based conversational platform OpenDialog AI has secured $5m in an initial seed round to support product development and market expansion. The financing follows four weeks of fundraising driven by high demand from investors.
The business was established by Terry Walby, Dean Chapman, and Ronald Ashri, building upon technology developed since 2019. The fresh capital will be directed towards further platform enhancement and scaling operations in the UK and international markets.
OpenDialog offers a no-code environment for enterprises to deploy context-rich conversational agents. Its early client base includes firms such as BDO, Peppercorn Insurance, and The Cyber Helpline.
