OpenBlend secures seed investment from The FSE Group to support growth
The Berkshire-focused funding will support platform expansion alongside the appointment of new chair David Grundy.
OpenBlend provides a SaaS platform designed to manage and support employee performance and workplace engagement. The software helps organisations adapt to changing working models by fostering structured conversations between managers and teams.
OpenBlend has secured seed funding from The FSE Group alongside a group of SaaS angels to meet growing demand for its HR technology platform. The investment will support the company as it expands its operations and navigates increased interest in workplace wellbeing and performance management tools following the pandemic.
Alongside the financing, the business has appointed former Invenias co-founder David Grundy as its new chair. Grundy brings extensive SaaS experience to the role and will work alongside founder and chief executive Anna Rasmussen to guide the company through its next phase of development.
