OnHand provides a digital platform that connects employees with volunteering and sustainability initiatives to support corporate social responsibility.
London-based wellbeing platform onHand has secured £1m in a pre-A funding round. The investment was led by NorthStar Ventures, with participation from Shazam co-founder Dhiraj Mukherjee, UK Research and Innovation, and existing backers.
The capital will be used to support company growth, develop the technology platform, and expand operations across the United Kingdom. The application matches corporate staff with local and remote activities such as elderly support, mentoring, and environmental clean-ups.
Set up in collaboration with several major charities, the service aims to help businesses engage staff and improve wellbeing through structured community action.
