£90.7MSeed

Omnipresent operates as a SaaS-based global employment partner, providing a digital platform that manages compliance, payroll, and benefits across more than 160 countries. The fully remote company enables businesses to build and manage international teams.

Omnipresent has secured £90.7m in a Series B funding round led by Kinnevik and Tencent, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures. The capital will be directed towards product development, customer growth, geographic expansion, and a significant recruitment drive to add hundreds of new team members.

The raise follows a period of rapid expansion for the remote-first company, which experienced tenfold team growth and a 25-fold increase in revenue over the course of 2021. Omnipresent plans to deploy the fresh funds to scale its proprietary platform and meet increasing global demand for remote employment solutions.
