Omnipresent operates as a SaaS-based global employment partner, providing a digital platform that manages compliance, payroll, and benefits across more than 160 countries. The fully remote company enables businesses to build and manage international teams.
Omnipresent has secured £11m in a Series A funding round just five months after its previous raise, drawing backing from Episode 1, Playfair Capital, and Truesight Ventures alongside an undisclosed lead investor. The capital will support the company as it expands its international employment platform and grows its market share in response to rising demand for remote work solutions. The rapid financing follows a period of heavy scaling that extended the company operations to 150 countries.
