The Seed round was led by TEN13 with backing from prominent angel investors.
Officely provides desk booking software designed for hybrid workplaces, enabling teams to coordinate office days and collaborate effectively. The company supports thousands of organisations globally with tools integrated into daily communication platforms.
Officely has raised £1.5m in Seed funding led by TEN13, with participation from angel investors including Vu Tran and Adam Schwab. The capital will be deployed to expand the team, enhance the product offering and feature sets, and support continued growth.
Launched in April 2021 by cofounders Max Shepherd-Cross and Rich Turnbull following a pivot from their previous venture HotelFlex, the company provides desk booking tools for hybrid workplaces. Officely has amassed a customer base of more than 1,500 companies in its first six months, reflecting rapid adoption as workforces transition to flexible office models.
From the founder
"5-days a week in the office is dead. Employees now go into the office when they want to collaborate with colleagues, but will likely stay at home if they need to focus. And employers have been forced to adapt to this lasting shift. COVID-19 has caused a lasting and defined change in how and where people want to work."

Investor perspective
"there’s never been a better time for new solutions to emerge around workforce management and engagement, the COVID pandemic has changed the way that the white collar population engages in work. Software tools like Officely are building at the epicentre of the global workforce market which is adjusting to a new-normal of hybrid work and forcing a review of how we all work both now and into the future"
