Odin provides a digital platform that enables angel investors, founders, and emerging fund managers to pool capital, form syndicates, and streamline legal and administrative processes for startup investments.

Odin has raised £2.4m in a community funding round backed by nearly 250 angel investors, family offices, and Haatch. The platform utilised its own technology to consolidate smaller ticket participants into a single cap table entry during the raise.

Launched publicly following an explosive private beta phase over the preceding 18 months, the company provides tools for managing legal, banking, and compliance processes in startup syndicates. The platform has already facilitated investments for 300 companies and attracted thousands of participants across multiple continents.

From the founder

"I think we are missing a huge opportunity by leaving the power to decide what companies get built in the hands of so few people. It means you end up building stuff that just isn’t aligned with our needs. Over the next 20 years or so, technology is going to revolutionise energy, healthcare, education, finance, food production…basically any industry you can think of. It’s a huge opportunity, and there’s a lot to be excited about!"
