London-based nPlan has secured £11.9m in Series B funding to scale its artificial intelligence platform for capital project delivery. The round was led by CapHorn, alongside participation from Chevron Technology Ventures, Suffolk Technologies, GV, Pentech Ventures, and LocalGlobe. The company intends to direct the new capital toward expanding its London headquarters, growing its international footprint, and accelerating research and development.
Founded in 2017, nPlan analyses extensive datasets of completed project schedules to help owners and contractors identify risks before cost escalations and delays occur. Its technology is currently utilised across major live projects worldwide, including initiatives for HS2, Network Rail, and Shell. The latest investment underscores increasing adoption of predictive analytics by both project owners and construction contractors.
