London-based fintech start-up Nous has secured £6.5m in a seed financing round led by Mosaic Ventures. The fresh capital will be directed towards scaling up the product team and hiring senior engineers to further develop the platform. The round also drew participation from over 65 angel investors and prominent industry figures.
The company is building a consumer service designed to counter the cost of living crisis by monitoring vendor activity and automating household decisions. By maintaining a commitment to neutrality, Nous offers a free dashboard alongside premium subscription features to help families save money on regular household bills.
